Personal Statement
Jiaqian is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research focuses on foreign-policy-related public opinion & political attitudes, political psychology, international apologies and reconciliation, and international trust.
Jiaqian holds two MPhil degrees in international relations - one from the University of Oxford (2019) and another from the University of Hong Kong (2022). She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong in 2017.
