Personal Statement: 

I completed my PhD at Berkeley  in 2020. I study post-conflict democratization in Sub-Saharan Africa. I have an MA in International Affairs, Conflict Resolution and Civil Society Development from the American University of Paris and the Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a BA in International Studies from Elon University. I am also a research associate at the Center on the Politics of Development, a Ford Foundation Pre-Doctoral Fellow, an APSA Minority Fellow, and a former Fulbright-Clinton Fellow.
