We would like to congratulate our alum Katie Beall for being chosen as the recipient for the Nuno P. Monteiro Award for the best dissertation in IR Theory. Her dissertation, “Trading Sovereignty for Self-Determination: Regional Organizations, Authority, and Human Rights,” was selected by committee review for this years award.
