Personal Statement
I am a first year PhD student in Political Theory, focusing on Normative Contemporary Political Theory. My interests lie in gender justice and feminist theory, moral and political philosophy and the ethics of philantropy.
Before coming to Berkeley, I received a BA in Political Science and International Relations from CIDE at Mexico City and an MA in Legal and Political Theory from University College London (UCL). I also worked for around ten years in the non-profit sector in Mexico, focused specifically on reproductive rights and justice, an experience that has grounded my intellectual interests.
