Diplomas
The ceremonial scroll you receive at Commencement is not a diploma, since degrees take several months to process. Diplomas are available approximately 4-5 months after each graduation date.
Thanks to the Alumni Association and the Office of the Registrar, undergraduate students on the Spring 2008 degree list will be receiving their diplomas in the mail for free. For those undergraduate students who have already paid through CARS to have their diploma mailed, the fee will be refunded. Bearfacts is now open to record a diploma mailing address for all students on the Spring 2008 degree list. If an address is not supplied by the July 25th deadline, the diploma will be mailed to the permanent home address.
